Early Life: Donna Chabrier's roots trace back to a ranch in western Montana. Raised in a hardworking family, she developed a strong work ethic early on, engaging in ranch activities and horseback riding competitions. Her first forays into real estate were as an 11-year old showing land to prospective buyers via horseback. 

Education: Donna holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has numerous certificates in brand development, graphic design, and marketing communications relevant to her roles in Silicon Valley and Sacramento’s tech companies. She also holds certificates as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).

Career History:  Beginning her career in the Bay Area, Donna founded advertising and marketing firm Reactor Marketing which was recognized as a Top Advertising Agency by Silicon Valley Business Journal. Upon relocating to Roseville, she became involved in economic development non-profit, SARTA (Sacramento Regional Technology Alliance) along with starting Outside In which became a Top Advertising and Public Relations firm recognized by the Sacramento Business Journal. 

Real Estate Career: Donna obtained her real estate license in 2004 and, after a hiatus, fully committed to the field in 2018. Her diverse skill set, including marketing, negotiations, and customer service, significantly enhances her real estate practice.

Achievements and Community Involvement: Recognized for her proficiency in real estate, Donna has earned the designation in Placer County Association of REALTORS ® Master’s Club for 2021, 2022, and 2023 which is only achieved by the Top 1% of real estate agents.  She has also earned accolades with NextHome as a Strive Recipient and Key Performer. She actively contributes to her community, holding volunteer positions with The Pops Chorale & Orchestra and Habitat for Humanity Greater Sacramento.
